Good Anti Spyware/Adware Program?

Hello! I need some help. My computer is Pentium 4, Intel 2Ghz, 120Gb, 512Mb Ram…I have a problems with spy wares and ad wares. The computer can’t work properly these things obstruct it. I need advice for good Anti Spy ware program. I respect any answer about my problem. Thank you very much!

Hi! Well, I can suggest you one good program. That is Spybot. You can download it from the web. It is a freeware version of the program. I thing that is about 7Mb and it works on any kind of windows. If you want good program that is one of the many spy wares program which is very good and free.
