| Setuping is different for different mail clients. First, you should check in the properties of your account, did you put correct incoming and outgoing (POP3 and SMTP) server data for your account. If that is so, then maybe you need to mark option "My server requires authentication". Some providers will definitely not work without it. Maybe you should clarify some special password for your mail server. Some providers also insist on putting the whole mail address in your account name, like "someone@somewhere.net". If you check all of that and all those settings are correct then the problem is probably with your provider. Wait for some time and try sending your message again. If it fails again contact your providers support. |
