What have you done exactly, so you got that message. I had the same problem when I made backups for my computer. I always use RW disks. But the last time I wanted to make backup, I got that 12024 error message, when I had to make the 3th CD. First 2 CDs were burned without problem. So around 80-90 was finished. But because of that error I had to end the process. And that was irritating, because I had to do it all over again. Someone told me that I and problem because of my RW disk. So I changed media, but I continued getting that message. On the end I uninstalled the program. That was better for me and my nerves.
