How can I get to know Applet program? Is it a kind of program that can be used on the platform for Apple computers? I’m still very bad at IT and PCs and I’d like to change that and since I don’t have anybody to ask I have to do this here. I hope that this is nothing to complicated and incomprehensible.

Interesting conclusion, but no. I see that you are a newbie and I think that you could do with a beginners’ book on PC and operative systems. Anyway, applet is actually any of those small programs which operate within a larger program. For example, Java applets should be installed into a browser so that you can load certain content or Flash players have to be installed so that you can open certain web pages. The main characteristic of those little programs is that they can’t be used independently of those larger programs so that you can’t use Java applets on its own. I hope that this was comprehensible enough for you. These subjects can be very complicated at the first time but later on you see that it is not a big deal.
