Hello. I have a little sister that just love to surf over the internet. She is so sweet and I love her pretty much, but I really hate her after her usage of my computer. I have a lot of pop-ups and strange and weird programs on my computer. I accidentally forgot to turn on the deep freeze while I was away, and the Murphys law had to be true. I never used any of the antivirus or similar software so far. I think that I have some kind of a worm by the way, or maybe even more. How to remove them for sure? I need best practice. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Deep freeze you say? Why do you turn it off by the way? Just lock your C drive and thats it. Other partitions may remain normal. Anyway, you are using the best software ever, if you ask me. The most smarter method to remove malicious software is to find some free and usable Antivirus program online free for download. Most recommendable is AVG free edition. When you download the software, than you should run update and perform complete scan. When done, delete everything from the quarantine just to make your self sure. While doing it, be off-line. Than find some free Antimalware or Antispyware program, repeat the update and cleaning procedure for these kind of things, and turn on Deep Freeze again. In some hard cases, the new Windows clean installation is the only solution.
