Geforce 6800GT overheating problem

I am thinking about buying Geforce 6800GT. I think that it is great graphic card. But yesterday I was on some party, and one guy told me that Geforce 6800GT has overheating problem. Now, I dont know what to do. Should I buy it ? Any advice is very welcomed. Thanks.

Geforce 6800GT is a great graphic card. I have it, and I am very content with it. I have no problems with it even while I am playing the games. But I also noticed that my graphic card after playing game, can be very hot. It can reach even 80 degrees. So I took better HS, that has better ventilation ( it has even 2 ventilator). So my computer is not that hot like before. But the card has very high temperature even now. I clean it from time to time. But you must know that Geforce has custom to reach very high temperatures. And it needs strong power also.
