| Hello. I have replaced my old Ati Radeon 9600 for yet a little bit newer, but much stronger as many people are saying, GeForce 6600 GT graphic card. The card does looks ok, it seems to be all right, but it also seems that I cannot start up some certain games like Worms Armageddon or Diablo 2 is. I am somehow disappointed because I know that this card is supposed to rock everywhere. On every game engine. I have the latest drivers installed but when I try to start the game, the screen shrinks and everything is black. Alt + F4 is the only solution. What should I do? Anybody knows? Thanks in advance. |

| Hello. 6600 GT is somehow the newer graphic card class, and you are trying to play very, very old games. Did you know that Diablo II works with no more than 2 mb of video ram if other things are fast enough? What does that tells you? 6600GT has 128 or 256 ram on it. Anyway, this issue is very known on VIA based motherboard chips, so update the motherboard drivers to the newer ones, and try again. |
