I just installed Splinter Cell but when I tried to start the game it crashed right after the loading screen appeared. I opened the ‘read me’ file and found out that the GeForce4 MX card – the one that I have - is supported. I had no problems whatsoever with any other games I played. So what could be the issue? Is there anyone who’s had the same problem? Please help me!

I had a similar problem with SC, though with another graphic card. It turned out that my drivers were not compatible and though it might seem strange I had to change them to an older version. I’m not sure that it’s the solution to your problem but it might be. Or maybe you just didn’t set the graphics settings of the game correctly – try lowering it before you change the drivers.
