Hi there! It seems that my Gateway laptop power connector is broken! I can’t turn on my laptop anymore, because power connector is bent over inside. I’ve searched the internet but couldn’t find a solution to the problem. I called Gateway support and they wanted to charge me 300 bucks for replacement! What should I do?

Hi there! I think you should bring your laptop to some local laptop service store, I don’t think they would charge you more than 100 bucks, maybe even not more than 50. Maybe even you can fix the problem yourself, if you can find the Service Manual for your laptop, see what spare parts you need and purchase them!
