Hello. I heard it was possible to get all the Win XP default games (Minesweeper, Solitaire, etc.) working on Win 2003 Server as well, and that there was a guide of some sort on how to do it. I searched the web a little, but only found guides on how to make a Win 2003 Server machine act like a workstation, which is not what I need. I also found an archive containing several .dll files, apparently related to those games. Problem is, I have no idea how to use those .dlls to get the games working. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

I still don't get the urge to tweak Win 2K3 to get it to work like XP, but who cares, right. What you need to do is go My Computer / Add/Remove Programs / Add/.Remove Windows Components / Accessories / Games. When the dialogue prompts you, insert your 2K3 or XP CDs. When this is done the games still won't run – you also need to unzip those dlls that you have to the Setup folder on your HDD (within Windows/system/whatever). Likewise, the inf files you unzip to the Inf folder. You should be all set now.
