I am having some difficulties with Falcon 4.0 game under Windows XP with Service Pack 2. I have installed game properly but when I start the game I can only see initial menu. After clicking on some option in the menu game crashes. Other games are working fine and my computer meets system requirements for this game. Do you know what the problem is?

Well, Service Pack 2 changed many things in Windows XP (internally). If you are experiencing this kind of difficulties then you should visit game manufacturer web site and see if they have published some patches for Service Pack 2. This is not a sole problem; people had problems with many applications and games after Service Pack 2 installation especially if they did not made a clean Windows install with Service Pack 2.
