GIF animations from videos

I want made some gif animations. You would say that is not a problem. Well, it is. I want made some gif animations from videos which I have made with my digital camera. It is nothing much or proffy; I am just amateur and I have recorded some home things (my cat and dog playing). How I can make gifs? Thanks!

You have to install tool for that. The one I use is Antechinus Animator Professional. With it, you can convert from avi to gif or from gif to avi, you can add sounds (I usually adding favorite music), you can change speed, size and more with your sound size and images, too I could glorify it, but you have to try it.
