Freezing and annoying beep sound when playing games

Hello! I have a very strange problem. When I play some games on my computer, sometimes it freezes and I can hear annoying beep sound. I am afraid that is something wrong with my computer. I use windows XP (is that related) operating system. Have you any idea what this could be? Thanks!

Hello! I can tell you that some games are much demanded. Your problem point to problem with old hardware. I mean, your hardware is not strong enough for some games. You probably need stronger video card, processor and motherboard. Maybe you need more RAM, too. Generally speaking, you need stronger computer.
