My computer is not working very well lately so I need some good diagnostics software. I found a couple of them on google, but all of those were shareware programs with limited features. I need some decent free diag software. Not just software that will tell me what my mobo is, but also performs some tests.

Fresh devices fresh diagnose is the program you need: http://www.freshdevices.com/freshdiag.html. It does what you have described, but also does a CPU and motherboard, disk performance analysis and benchmark. This software does not contain spyware or adware programs, such as many of the free software out there. It does its job decently.
