Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have a problem with malware. My friend told me that I need to reformat and reinstall XP. I just cannot figure out what I need to do. Can you help me with this? Thank you in advance!

Hello! Well, I suppose so that your computer is really full of malware and I think that your friend is right. He wanted to say you that you need to reformat hard drive and to install again Windows XP operating system. You need to reformat hard drive because that is only way fore removing and killing all of malware.
