| Hello people. I am using ADSL internet connection for some time already, and I have heard that all of those ADSL routers do have hardware firewall inside them. No matter that, I am using Windows Firewall + File Secure Lab, together with the router’s one. I don’t know, I never had some satisfaction while I am surfing over the internet with just one firewall and antivirus program, while I was on dial-up. The whole story seems much more different now, with these routers today, so I am wondering is really necessary to have three of them? Thanks in advance. |

| Well, if you are able to open all web pages with all three of them than, leave it and don’t touch anything. If you have issues with the privacy policy settings and your web browser, for some certain well known web page to you, than I guess you should tighten your settings a little bit. At least I had problems with Zone Alarm Pro, which works really well, but sometimes it makes false alarms and going on my nerves, because restart is always required after policy changing inside the program. Better to prevent than to cure, remember. |
