I have a problem with Remote administrator. I've been using Internet for a while now and I never had any problem. I am also using Remote administrator to do some work from home. Everything worked fine until yesterday. Since yesterday, I cannot Log on to a member server at work. A friend told me that firewall probably blocks me access to server. How can I resolve that 'firewall problems'?

If you did not install anything on your home and work computer lately, I do not think that your problem is connected to Remote administrator. There is much bigger possibility that you have a virus on your home computer. That is, probably, the reason why your networks firewall will not let you in. I think you should do a complete anti-virus check. For that problem, you have to obtain couple of programs. For anti-spyware software, I would advise you to download and install SpyBot. For anti-virus software, install AVG free. Both of those programs are freewares, which does not reduce their efficiency. You should also check with your office network Administrator did he change some settings on your network firewall lately.
