| I'm having difficulty accessing my g-mail account form my workstation. The tech guy mentioned they installed a new firewall suite, could this be what's causing problems? It's only g-mail, though, nothing else is blocked and I can access it normally from home, though I'm using a mail client there, not webmail. |

| What kind of connection do you have at work? When I was on dial-up, I used to have that happen to me quite often, the wait becomes too long and the browser/server gives up, so you have to refresh And no, I dont think there are viruses that slow down your e-mail transfer, they tend to aim higher than that. |
