Firefox speed tweak extension

Firefox has somewhat slow startup and it loads pages slower then before. I am saying this in comparison between new Firefox version and older ones I had on my computer. I have heard about some speed tweaks that can be done in Firefox, but I was unable to find right extension for this. Can you point me in right direction?

Hi. There is no tweak extension for Firefox. You will have to apply tweaks manually in Firefox configuration script. There is many possible tweaks for Firefox depending on your computer configuration and internet speed. The best thing you can do is to search for "Firefox tweak guide". Every possible option for various combinations is listed here, along with comprehensive explanations.
