How do I set up a new user profile for Firefox? I know I need to start up something called Profile Manager, but I can't find this anywhere, not in the folders as a separate executable, not in the Tools or Options menus within the browser itself. I really need to set up a separate profile for my kid sister who's going to be using the same machine. TIA.

The password manager isn't a separate program. The easiest way to get to it is to run Firefox with the "p" switch. To do it, follow these steps: right-click the shortcut which you use to start up Firefox; now, in the Locations field, add "-p" (without the quotes) the following after the closed quotes. So, it should read something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" –p
The next time you start the browser, the password manager should open.
