| Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and my default browser is Firefox. I have installed the latest version of it, but Firefox keeps crashing. I have tried to reinstall it, too – but that was not helpful. Have you any idea what causes this problem and how I can solve it? |

| Hello! Your problem is not caused by your Mozilla Firefox as you probably think. I assume that you have some spyware. So, it is needed to scan your computer. I suggest you to boot Safe Mode and to scan it from there. Also, beside antispyware software, use antivirus software, too. |
