Is there some sort of an extension - or plugin, I don’t know how you call it - that would let me automatically start Firefox in fullscreen? I know I should search the lists on the mozilla site by myself, but they're like huge. I just thought if someone's already figured out how to do it… Or maybe instead of the extension, there's like an shortcut switch for the shortcut, "/fs" or something?

A switch – not that I know of, no. An extension – possibly, but I haven't seen one as of yet. I don't really understand why you would want this anyway. Is it that hard to press F11 after the browser starts? You don't even have to go for Ctrl + F like with IE…
