| Hello! I have installed few days ago new browser, Mozilla Firefox, and new e-mail client, Thunderbird. Since I have installed them, I am not able to connect them to the internet at all. It is very strange because my Internet Explorer and Outlook Express work perfectly. What the cause of this problem could be and how to solve it? Thanks! |

| Hello! I assume that you have some troubles with your firewall. When you install some new program on your system, firewall sometimes does not recognize it, so it treats it like a threat. If you want to use Mozilla Firefox and Thinderbird, you will need to open your personal firewall and configure it to allow these programs internet connection. |
