Hello. I have two PCs in my home and they are connected together trough LAN wires. The problem is with file sharing. I just dont know how to force a PC with Service Pack 1 to browse the files on other machine with Service Pack 2 installed on it. While vice-versa everything works fine. Some password is required. And there is no password on any user account at all. How to solve this thing? Thanks.

This is very known and common issue for my experience. I had similar situation like you have right now, and fo you know what I did? After I tried to enable some more privileges to the Guest account, mess around with group policy, (none of this helped) I did full and clean install of new XP Pro SP2 on the machine that had SP1 and everything started to work pretty good.
