Hello! I have received e-mail from my bank. In this e-mail they have asked me for my password which I use for on line logging to my bank account. I have called them to ask why they need my password, but I got information that they are do not know what I am talking about. Can you explain me this?

Hello! Sometimes mean persons send fake e-mails asking for passwords. This is usually regarding bank account e-mails. Your bank will never ask you for logging password, I hope that you will know that. Every time when you receive e-mail like this, call sender and ask if they sent you e-mail. Never answer before you check what is about.
