Hello! My name is Jim. I have a problem. Namely, until today I have never tried to download from FTP websites. Today I have realized that I am not able to download anything. I have used Internet Explorer 6 and Opera browsers. Have you any idea what I need to do? Thank you in advance!

Hello, Jim! Check first if you have enabled option for downloading from FTP websites in browsers. Open Internet Explorer > click Tools menu > then choose Internet Options > then click on Advanced tab > check Enable folder view for FTP sites - this is procedure for Internet Explorer. If you use some other browser procedure is quite similar. I really hope that this solution will solve your problem.
