I have a network behind the router. I am trying to set up a FTP server on one computer in that network so it would be accessible from internet. I think I have configured FTP server properly but I can not reach it from internet. Can you give me few tips hot to set FTP through the network?

Only thing you should do (if you have really configured FTP correctly) is to forward ports on the router. FTP default ports are 20 and 21. Remember, you have to forward both ports for FTP to function correctly. You can forward ports in router configuration utility. Forwarding ports and accessing router setup is explained in router manual in detail.
