| Is really true that HP recovery disc contains some stuff from which you can make your own custom installation of Windows Vista? How does it goes, I would really like to try to make my own custom installation of Vista that will fit my needs, and to decrease the size of 15 gigabytes recommended free space, for example.... |

| That sounds unfamiliar to me, but that doesnt have to be untrue, regarding HPs recovery disc. Now, I remember when I have used nLite software to release my self from Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger, Outlook Express and so on, just because of games. And I was successful. My Xp was around 500 megabytes only, without page file, instead of 2 gigs by default. Maybe nLite can do all the job again with Vista? The program worked just like hell! Anyway, you probably can do it with HP recovery disc, but why dont you find some script over the internet, that will do whole job with your upgrade DVD? |
