Hello! I have very big problem. My hard rive just died. I have heard some click and clack sound for few days and today it just stopped to work. Regarding the fact that I have very important data on this hard drive is there any way to extract these data. I really need urgent reply regarding this problem!

Hello! You have problem with broken mechanical head. You should try to freeze this hard drive and, after freezing, attach it to computer and try to access it (this maybe sounds funny but sometimes works). Also, you can buy exactly the same model of hard drive and replace mechanical head from the new one to old.
