Every time I try to access the setup utility for my router, I get this error message: "External exception EO6D7363" Anyone know what this means, or where I can decipher it? Should I try and find some 3rd-party configuration utility instead, and hope it's just a software error instead of an actual router issue?

Personally, I never heard of it, but a google search (which you could've tried, BTW) showed that a number of people reported this in relation to their LinkSys Wireless Card (I'm assuming this isn't the same hardware as your router, is it?). Apparently, it's a well known issue with some LinkSys installers, and they've been made aware of it. You should just mail them and ask for replacement installation disk.
