| I have bought external USB SATA hard disk, but I have problems with it. I connected it to my XP PC via USB connection. The cable was not included with the SATA disk, so I went to the store and bought one. When I connect it to the PC, nothing is happening. The trouble is that it is not recognized. I cannot use it. The seller also doesnt know what the problem is. |

| I think I know what the trouble is. I think that your cable is not good. On the market, you can find many faulty USB cables from many manufacturers. Therefore, you had the bad luck to get one that is not good. You know, the computer technology is very sensitive and you must be very careful what you buy. The worst thing is to damage you components. If you saved the receipt, just return the cable, and demand a new one. |
