Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed. But I also have external hard drive. My problem is that my external hard drive is not recognized any more in my Device Manager. External hard drive is attached to my computer through USB 2.0 port. Thank you in advance.

Hello! I am sure that you have some connecting issue. I suggest you to check if your USB 2.0 port is working one first (could be that it is damaged and that it causes this problem). Also, check connection cable which connects your external hard drive and computer) – because could be that it has some interruption.
