: Hello! You could do this simply by opening Outlook Express. From The file menu choose export. Choose address book, select text file then press the export button. Type some name for e.g. John Dow, and save the file as this in any folder you like. But make it easy to remember. This is the way of exporting the address book. Now, If you would like to import an address book. Just find the specific file that you have already created and just do the same as you did, but just hit the import button. Piece of cake
