I have upgraded Microsoft Office from Office 97 to Office XP (2002). I wanted to upgrade all my spreadsheets and many of them are upgraded without the problem. Of course, I simply have to have some problems. When I opened certain spreadsheets and clicked any where with mouse I received following Excel .xls error message: “the numbering add - in must be loaded for optimal numbering and toolbar behavior. Please load this add in into your library directory.” Can you tell me how to fix this?

This Excel error message is generated because you are missing some add-ins in your new Microsoft Office. Add-ins you had previously are not compatible with new Excel version or you have not installed them. Maybe, this add-in is on Office installation disc so you could try to add features in Office and install this add-in from CD.
