I am working now with excel and I dont want to allow other people to see some rows and columns in my current work. Just to mention that excel is not my choice and Im not annotated with it especially. Somewhere I heard about conditional formatting or something likes that. Need guidance!

My supposition is that you heard about ASAP Utillity. This is add-on for MS Excel. You can find and download it from www.asap-utilities.com. Installation is very baldly and after installing asap will show you in excel toolbar. For hiding rows and columns click asap utility columns/rowsconditional row or column select, hide or deletechoose wanted optionsOK.
