I have made some formulas for calculating revenue in excel and gave it to my colleague. When he tried to open it error message shows saying something about that this document caused serious error last time it was opened. This document opens perfectly fine on my computer. What could be the problem here?

This error is showing when file in question appears on the list of disabled files in Microsoft Office. To solve this problem you have to remove document from this list. Open Excel and go to Help menu. Click About Microsoft Excel and then click Disabled Items button. Find document in the list, select it and click Enable. This will solve your problem.
