Hello. I am wondering how many users are on Linux and how many are on Windows? And which one is better? Where is the advantage in Linux over windows and otherwise? I prefer Windows more, just because of better multimedia support. What do you people think? What is better to choose?

Is this war pronouncing or something? This is my favorite discussion, by the way. Linus or Billy? You are right. Multimedia is everything a man needs in one place described with one word. And there is no thing that you cant do in Windows with ease, regarding multimedia. But, how much money youll need for Adobe Premiere Pro, Complete MS office package, 3D studio Max 9 ,Windows it self and all other programs as well? There is free alternative called Linux. And one without other cannot live. Use your Unix-based OS for protection and for surfing the internet. Use your Windows for everything else. Both of them on your machine. Always.
