Hello! After some time ago before my Windows XP boots I am getting CMOS checksum error. Last week I have taken out CPU and I have dropped it. Since then this error occurs. I am suspecting that this drop caused appearing of this error. Am I right? Please tell me what to do to fix this. Thank you!

Hello! First of all I want to tell you following: this CMOS checksum error is not in any correlation with dropped processor believe me. I am guessing that your CMOS battery needs replacement. So, I suggest you to buy new CMOS battery open your computer case and replace battery. This should solve your problem.
