Error occurs when trying to install a game

Hello. I have finally received NeverWinter Nights 2 DVD I ordered a long time ago. Happily I have paced DVD in my device and started installation. After some time install wizard sent me an error message saying that it encountered some error (something like CRC I think) and that it can not continue. Now, I can not install game and I would ask you if you can give me some advice.

Hello. If you receive CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) error when trying to install game then you should send that game back and ask for refund or for working DVD. This error occurs when DVD, or CD, is not OK and there is nothing you can do about it. You can try to install game with some other device because different devices have different reading abilities but this error should not be there when you buy games)
