Hello, all. I'm having trouble importing my Eudora contacts into Outlook 2002 (don't ask why I need to do this, please). When I try selecting the mail folder, Outlook informs me that it "could not be found" and that if something else is using it at the moment I should "please close it". Of course, E. is closed while I'm trying this. I even ended all unnecessary Windows tasks before trying this again, but it was no use, I get the same error message. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance.

Well, for starters, your choice of e-mail clients is questionable. Outlook 2002 is possibly the buggiest of a buggy bunch, but hey, I'm not here to pass judgment. To resolve the problem, you could try using a third mail client, exporting from Eudora to say, Thunderbird, and then from that to Outlook. Alternatively, you could search for MS Active Sync, which is an application I've never used myself but supposedly helps with some of Outlook's many sync issues.
