It's basically telling you it doesn't know how to use the executable you want it to use. The reason could be one of two things. First, maybe it's just a corrupted file – in which case, you delete it and download it again, preferably from a different source. Second, it could be that you're trying to use a 64-bit application on a 32-bit platform, which is not a good idea – in which case you just go and download the right version for your machine. Simple, huh?
