Hello! I have Windows XP Professional operating system on my computer. I am contacting you because I have some problems with installing Acrobat Reader Pro 7.0. Whatever I try I am getting 1317 error. Is there any solution for this error? Please, tell me what to do to install this software! Thank you in advance!

Hello! First of all, make sure that you are logged as Administrator. If you are not, you have found problem. But if you are, then you will need to do following: go to my computer, click on tools menu, then view; then deselect use simple file sharing and save changes. After that you will have no problems during installation with this error.
