| I have a problem. My Epson all-in-one prints but won’t scan. I have bought it only recently and at first everything was working just fine. But some time ago, out of the blue, it just stopped scanning. I didn’t modify any settings and nothing strange happened but still the device wouldn’t operate normally. Do you have any idea what could have happened? |

| I think that maybe you accidentally pushed some of the buttons and disabled scanning. I can’t be sure but if the device is working properly apart from scanning, I think that there is no reason for you to be afraid that something is wrong with it as far as hardware is concerned. Of course, there can always be something and since I’m not a professional I really don’t know all the symptoms. Still, you can read the instruction manual and see if there is a way to do something on your own. You can maybe check some indicators and see if everything is properly adjusted. If everything is well adjusted and the device still won’t work properly, then it is time to contact the store where you have bought it. |
