Hello! I have PC Pentium 4 computer. That is Laptop Toshiba 2.5 GHz. I am using Windows Vista OS. The computer works normally almost without problems. I have Epson Stylus CX3200. There are some network issues. I can’t open working panel for this device. Can somebody tell me what I need to do? Thanks!

Hi! Well, I think that I can suggest you something. The problem can be that driver is bad or disabled. You don’t have access to do anything without a driver. So I can tell you to download driver for your device. You need a driver for Windows Vista OS. That is important to know. I can suggest you to find on the web.
