| Hi! I have here some printing problem, I have Epson C44UX printer and after some time it started to make some problems. Partial text prints, doesn’t want to print e-mais, well not whole ones. And now I don’t know what to do , let it all go buy new one or what ? Help!!! |

| Hello, and will try to solve a mystery or lead you on what to check at least. Have you done the test printing? - Control Panel - Printers and Faxes - Right click on the Epson C44 - select properties - on the general tab click on print test page. If it prints test page correctly then printer is ok which means there is some software problem on the computer stationed someplace. It is possible that the Windows or software is causing the problem. Windows and drivers being the only things that are variable, with plus possibility that some virus or other intruder attack caused the mess. So I suggest uninstalling printer software completely and then reinstalling of the same. Of course go offline and turn of your A/V protection and follow the instructions that are have been given to you with printer. And after also pay attention on which cartridge you use , original one for that model are the best choice and clean your printer as often as you can. |
