Hi there. I am trying some live Linux distributions and I would like to enable booting from CD-ROM only in BIOS. Honestly, I hate waiting for computer to check floppy drive. I am sure this is possible to do and that there is some option in BIOS but I just can not remember where to look exactly. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello. I can not tell you how to enable booting from CD-ROM only in BIOS because almost every BIOS has its own specifics. I can give you some general directions, though. Look for something like “Advanced BIOS feature” when you enter BIOS setup. Here you will find section about boot device priority. Set CD-ROM as a first boot device and disable the rest.
