Emails vanished

I have a big problem. All my emails have vanished. When I open Outlook there is nothing, absolutely nothing. Also, when I try to receive new email it vanishes also after I close Outlook. Same thing happens with sent mails. Can you help me, please? I have many important things in those mails and would really like to have it back.

It looks like Outlook database for storing emails is corrupted. Do not ask me how that happened because it can happen from million reasons and most of them are hard to explain. I can only recommend you to try some e-mail recovering software and hope for the best. You can try Recover My Email software which, reportedly, can do some very good things in recovering mails from corrupted databases.
