| Greetings. Today while I was in the town for some groceries, I have dropped by to the certain Internet Service Provider company to open new dial-up account, because my old account has too many spam messages and I think that there are no more options to remove them, as I tried everything. Now, I have new problem. I can connect to the internet normally with the new account, but I can’t check email, as I can’t send any. Outlook Express is asking me to provide user name and password each time I try to check new messages. Why? I don’t want this behavior. Thanks so much in advance for the revealed secret. |

| Greetings. There is no any secret. You need to setup one more account inside Outlook Express. Cilck on Tools>accounts than click on mail. Than “add mail” from the right side. Type your new account name, type your email address, type the server names. POP3.(your service provider domain) and SMTP.****.****. For example, pop3.internetserviceprovider.com and smtp.internetserviceprovider.com. Replace the middle with your true ISP name and domain, and that’s it. |
