Edit' option missing in Word

Hello! I am using Microsoft Office Word 2000 and I have a huge problem. Namely, my Edit option missing in Word. I do not know what has happened. To be hones, more important to me is to find a way to back this Edit option. I hope that you will know what I need to do. Thank you very much!

Hello! You can try first following: click on Tools menu, then Customize and there click on Options tab. There configure settings as you want. If does not help, then restore on default. If this does not help too, then click Help menu and choose there Detect and Repair. This should help you for sure.
