EZ Antivirus update problem

Anyone knows what is happening with EZ Antivirus update? I am unable to get new virus definition files for some time now. When I try to update I receive fatal error 3 error message and virus definitions are not updated. Do I have a problem with EZ Antivirus installation or there is some other explanation?

It looks like eTrust problem. They have reported this issue is theirs bug and promised a hotfix as soon as possible. Obviously many people reported this issue. Especially ones that have upgraded their engines on new version. This is not a good thing to happen to antivirus software company and presents a serious error. Only thing I can advise you to wait and be patient.
